National Office, Pretoria
Package: R190 902 – R393 918 per annum. (Salary will be determined in accordance with experience). The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
Requirements:
•An LLB degree or four year recognize legal qualification
•At least eight(8) years appropriate post qualification legal experience
•In-depth understanding of the criminal and civil justice environment
•Knowledge of the South African judicial system and functioning of courts
•Appropriate knowledge and experience of office administration
•A valid driver’s licence.

•Good interpersonal relations
•Project management
•Computer literacy
•Communication (written and verbal) skills
•Ability to stay up to date with new developments in South African Law.
Duties:
•Deal with Policy development and analysis
•Drafting of memoranda, reports and government notices
•Scrutinize legislation related to responsibilities
•Dealing with requests for legal opinions
•Respond to parliamentary questions
•Handle ad hoc tasks in line with instructions.
